So, what’s the job?

As the Vice President of Sales, you will have a unique opportunity to build your team and put in place sales processes and brand awareness strategies utilizing your experience and knowledge of best practices. You’ll establish sales targets and develop strategic sales plans to reach company goals. You will build a high-performing sales teams that promotes sales growth while increasing customer satisfaction, and you will also work closely with division leaders in developing plans and processes. Also, you will help build brand awareness through calculated, consistent, and innovate messaging that positions the company as an industry leader.

 

What are some of the Key Goals?

  • 30 days: Conduct interviews with division leaders and develop understanding of each business and its sales and branding needs.
  • 60 days: Provide an initial assessment of the current state of sales, including such areas as branding, systems, and training needed
  • 90 days: Create strategic plan to increase division revenues by 20%-30% year over year.
  • 1 year: Build a sales support team based on strategic plan.
  • 5 year: Deliver an overall growth of 150% in organic revenue, and raise brand-awareness to position CSA as industry leader.

 

What are the minimum qualifications?

  • 8-10 years of sale leadership experience
  • Proficient in the use of one or more Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
  • Experience building strategic sales plans and leading teams through attainment of goals
  • Ability to lead others through inspiring communication, regular feedback, and mentoring

  • 8-10 years of sales leadership experience in Healthcare and/or Lab environment
  • Highly proficient in Salesforce CRM system
  • Existing contacts capable of turning into sales opportunities, including those in Healthcare, Lab, and Original Equipment Manufacturing (OEM) environments
