Key Responsibilities:
- Drafting professional documents, including engagement letters.
- Following up on invoices and managing client billing.
- Providing excellent reception duties, including answering and directing phone calls.
- Assisting attorneys with various administrative tasks.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a law firm setting.
- Language Skills: Fluent in both English and Spanish (spoken and written).
- Billing Expertise: Proficient in client billing procedures.
- Professional Writing: Strong writing skills for drafting legal documents and correspondence.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Detail-oriented and able to manage time efficiently.
- Professional demeanor and a team player.
